Back Orders and Discontinued Items
We try very hard to keep ample supplies of our items on hand. Every so often we find ourselves out of stock. We will make every effort to contact you if a product you have ordered is out of stock or discontinued. In either case you can substitute another item of equal or lesser value if t-shirt is out of stock. If discontinued you are entitled to a full refund on that tee.
All items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If the items are not in stock order time can exceed stated time.
Returns and Exchanges
If a problem does occur with your order please contact the customer service email for any help you may need.
RISK OF LOSS: All items purchased from Crazy Dog are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS: Crazy Dog T-shirts attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Nacho Mama Tees does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
DISPUTES: Any dispute relating in any way to your visit and purchases at CrazyDogTshirts.com shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Rochester, New York, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a t-shirt and it does not fit. No worries at all. Please send the t-shirt back to us and we will send you the size you need. There is a $3 exchange fee for t-shirts. Please send a note including the size needed to:

Returns are accepted on an exchange basis only. Returns are accepted for new sizes or for merchandise of equal or less value. This option is only available for 30 days after the purchase date. No returns are available on worn or washed merchandise. Replacement orders are shipped upon return of product in a sellable condition.
The way to send the t-shirts back to us follow the below.
Send your unworn, re-sellable merchandise to us with a brief note explaining the reason for your return and what you would like for us to do. Please include your Name, Address, Phone Number, Account or Order Number. We will send your exchange back to you. There is a $3 reshipment fee to be included with the exchange.
Halloween costumes are accepted on an exchange basis. You can choose any other size if in stock or any other costume of equal or lesser value. There is also a $5 reshipment fee per costume on exchanges. This is payable by cash or check to be included with return to:
